Which format should I choose?
Quick Sync is for a specific question. Deep Dive is for a more complex situation that benefits from preparation and a longer conversation. Decision Review is fully asynchronous: you send a written memo and I send structured feedback.
Can we work in Polish?
Yes. Sessions are available in English or Polish. Let me know your preference when booking.
Can my company pay?
Yes. I issue VAT invoices for B2B clients.
Do you offer ongoing mentoring?
There is no standard monthly retainer at the moment. If we work together a few times and an ongoing arrangement makes sense, we can discuss it.
What about career reviews or an engineering organisation review?
These are available on request. For individuals, I can review your CV, LinkedIn, and career situation. For founders and CTOs, I can review your engineering organisation’s structure. Email me with your situation for a quote.
Do you run team workshops?
Yes. Email me directly to discuss workshops or broader transformation work.
What is the refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied with a Quick Sync or Deep Dive, I’ll refund it in full, no questions asked. Decision Reviews are non-refundable once delivered.
Can I reschedule?
Yes. A booked Zoom session can be moved up to 24 hours before the session.
Is the conversation confidential?
Everything we discuss stays between us. An NDA is available on request before booking.
