Who runs this site

This site is run by Dawid Stronczak (sole proprietorship, Poland). For any privacy-related question, write to [email protected].

What I collect

When you email me to book a session or submit a memo, I receive: your name, email address, role, company, and whatever context you choose to share. I use this only to respond to your inquiry, schedule the session, and issue an invoice if needed.

This site uses standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer) for security and basic traffic statistics. Logs are kept for up to 30 days.

Cookies

This site uses essential cookies only (WordPress session, your cookie-banner acknowledgement). No third-party tracking or advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled in the future, you will see a separate consent prompt before any analytics cookie is set.

Where your data lives

Site hosting: Hostinger (EU data centres). Email: my work inbox. I do not transfer your data outside the EEA. I do not sell or share your data with third parties.

Your rights (GDPR/RODO)

You can ask me to: see what data I hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] and I will respond within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO).

Changes

If this policy changes materially, I will update the date at the top and note what changed.
